If you are a gamer addicted to horror games then this piece of news from E3 will delight you. Yes, we are talking about one of the most popular horror games, which the avid horror gamers have enjoyed thoroughly. If you still didn’t get it, we are talking about “Resident Evil”. Undoubtedly, it has been able to create the horror effect on the mind of gamers, with its scathing dialogue and visual effects. What we hear from E3 is that this has been taken to another level, with the launch of Resident Evil 2. Resident Evil 2 is largely based on the original edition, but in this latest edition, gamers are bound to develop a more modernized horror experience. Going by the trailer showcased in E3 2018, it is more visually appealing, which guarantees that this is going to be a game which the gamers have been looking for.

From the trailer, one follows a cursed officer patrolling the quarantined site as he pulls out another officer whose entrails are completely exposed. Yes, the visuals could be annoying at certain points but one should not complain since this is a horror game. However, one can feel the tension in the air later on when Officer Leon encounters a zombie, whose mouth has been actually cut into a “Glasgow Smile”. Truly, this is a face of real horror, the kind that we expect from this game. From the trailer, it already appears that Resident Evil 2 promises just such a true horror experience.

Capcom understands that horror is the selling point of the game, and in order to make the horror experience realistic, it makes use of RE Engine in order to implement photorealistic style. With the help of this style, zombies were looking livelier than some animated characters. Resident Evil 2 is slated to release on January 25th 2019, and will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
